Mosets Tree 1.03 has just left Mosets Tower. Head on to the announcement thread in our forum on instructions to upgrade. This release fixes a number of bugs reported by Tree users. If you are a Mosets Tree user, this is a recommended upgrade. |

 Have you been looking for ways to spice up the way Hot Property displays the photos? Look no more! Mambosolutions has just released a Hot Property hack that lets you show the photos in a flash presentation. Very slick! There is a "Next" & "Previous" button and images slide up or down when clicked. You can check out the demo here. Please note that this is a customization service offered by Mambosolutions. |

The Mosets component is top notch. It is targeted towards either cars or real estate, but could easily be used for anything. I paid $119 US dollars and have a few more sites that I am doing that I will pay for it again to use on those sites. The support is excellent, and every question or problem I had was solved either within the day or the next day. File uploads works great and you can customize the fields to whatever you want.

#1, you should buy it if you have a use for it.
#2 In my opinion, dknight is the most hands-on, helpful, and easy-to-deal with person in the whole commercial component community. No one can even touch his support and helpful attitude. Not to say the others are bad, but
MOSETS has great products backed by UNBEATABLE support.
I've never regretted my Hot Property purchase!

Starting with Hot Property 0.94, Mosets will only be supporting the latest version of Mambo to take advantage of the new and improved features introduced in Mambo 4.5.1. Existing clients who is using 0.93 can choose not to upgrade to 0.94 since the latest version is released to support some of the new features in 4.5.1, ie: Caching, Dynamic title, META tags, SEF Advanced, searchbot and some other minor improvement to the modules and currency support.
We understand that some of our clients are still using Mambo 4.5 (1.0.9) while waiting for Mambo 4.5.1 to be totally bug free before upgrading their live site to the latest version. Therefore, you can choose to continue using Hot Property 0.93 until the Mambo team release new version to address all the bugs.
All new clients will still receive Hot Property 0.94. 0.93 will only be sent to upon request. |

After months of anticipation from users and hardwork from the Mambo Core developers, Mambo 4.5.1 stable is released! Download it here! We have run another round of test with Hot Property 0.94 and glad to annouce Hot Property 0.94 is FULLY COMPATIBLE WITH MAMBO 4.5.1!
With the release version 0.94, Hot Property now is the most advanced component for Mambo! It is the only available component that uses Caching, SEF Advanced, Searchbot, Modules (13 of them!) and also include features like Auto Thumbnailing, Extra Fields, CSS support, Hot Property Guide (Setup Assistance), Extension support, Report Generating Tool and much more!
The demo site has been updated to use Mambo 4.5.1 with all feature turned on - SEF Advanced, Dynamic title, Caching. Take some time off to take a look at the improved HP Demo template! |

Mosets is proud to release the latest version of Hot Property, version 0.94. This new version mainly deals with minor compatibility issues with the upcoming Mambo 4.5.1. We have also added support for Emir Sakic's excellent SEF Advanced and Mambo Caching system. Please refer to the list below for more enhancements:

Improved Search Engine Friendly URL! If you're using Emir Sakic's Excellent SEF Advanced, Hot Property will generate a much more friendly URL! Example:

- Caching System
Hot Property make use of Mambo's built in caching system (Cache_Lite) which greatly improves server performance!
