Extra page in PDF

Hello,
I am having a problem with Hot Property adding an extra empty page to the bottom of PDFs that are generated from listings. I have looked over the code and can not figure out why the extra page is getting added. It contains the line break and page number on it but no content. Has anyone else had this problem?
