Mosets Priority Support is offered exclusively through Mosets Forum. It offers one-to-one support to Mosets users. Unlike other posts in Mosets Forum, posts submitted to Mosets Priority Forum are visible only to you and Mosets staff.
Here is how you create an account to access Mosets Priority Support.
Login to Mosets Account
Go to http://www.mosets.com/login/ and login to your Mosets account. If you are a paying subscriber and do not yet have an account, go to http://www.mosets.com/lostpassword/ and request for one. Make sure you enter the e-mail address you used to purchase Mosets subscription in the e-mail address field.
Creating a new forum account or upgrade existing one
Once you're logged in to your Mosets Account, you will be presented with your account's page with all your subscriptions details and your profile. If you do not yet have a forum account, click on link 1 to create a new forum account. You will be asked for a password for the account and it will create an account with your existing username and password used for Mosets account.
If you have an existing forum account, make sure it has the same e-mail address as the one in your Mosets account and then click link 2. This will upgrade your existing account with access to Mosets Priority Support.
Accessing Mosets Priority Support
Go to http://forum.mosets.com/forumdisplay.php?f=24 to access Mosets Priority Support. Note that only logged in user with upgraded account can see child forums listed here. Non-logged in user and normal registered user will see a blank forum.
