The quickest way to clear all listings in your directory is by running these SQL queries to your database:

TRUNCATE TABLE `jos_mt_cl`;
TRUNCATE TABLE `jos_mt_links`;
TRUNCATE TABLE `jos_mt_cfvalues`;

WARNING: Running the above SQL queries will remove all listings in your directory. Make sure you know what you're doing before running it.
