It has been a busy busy week for us at Mosets. We have some good news lining up for you in the coming weeks. Stay tuned! In the mean time, I would like to share 3 testimonials from our fellow Hot Property users. Read what they have to say about their experience working with Hot Property - The Real Estate script for Mambo.

Clarence Soh from lostcommunications writes:
"With the help of HP, the not so tech savvy 50+ years old client can handle it with ease and confidence! It sure makes my job simpler and easier, freeing more time and space for more future Mambo/HP based projects!

I highly recommends HP to anyone and it really works! The support of the development team puts some big brothers to shame! More importantly, HP is not restricted to Property based sites, so long there's a need for a category, product info, images ... HP can fit the bill well!" More...

Dan writes:
"Well I would have to say that I have had hot property for 2 weeks now and it has by far exceeded my expections. This package is a credit to you guys and the level of support I have had has been punctual and on the mark. Although not using it for real estate (more of a tour and accommodation db) the interface is intuitive and the documentation very good." More...

Tony Benci from Smiths of Geelong writes:
"I am a convert. Three months ago I didn't know a thing about Mambo/MySQL/PHP, today, I have four sites up and have earnt a damned good fee doing it. It has opened a new market for me and has not interferred with any of my existing products or services.

WELL DONE MOSETS You have a client for as long as you want to do this." More...

Interview with Andrew Eddie and Peter Lamont

Miro and Mambo reuniteMiro has just released an interview with Peter Lamont, CEO of Miro International and Andrew Eddie, acting Director of the Mambo project on the recent announcement about Mambo and Miro working together again. Andrew says "Over the last twelve months Mambo's popularity has risen enormously. If nothing else the shear volume of templates available for Mambo is testimony to having a great formula. But we, the Development Team, seemed to have reached a plateau. We'd reached a point where it was no longer geeks downloading the package. It was becoming more and more obvious that we had people that loved using Mambo, but wanted someone else to keep it running." Read more about the review here.

mosLock Phil Taylor from Blue Flame IT has just released a new component based on his popular mosLock series that supports creation of Hot Property Agent upon successful payment from Paypal. Phil writes "HP Agent mosLock allows you to accept PayPal payment from your site visitors in order to grant them access to your Mambo site, but furthermore, HP Agent mosLock will also create these new users as a Mosets Hot Property Agent, allowing them full access to Hot Properties Agent facilities." This is definitely a must-have component if you require agents to pay before adding properties to your site. Read more about mosLock at Phil's website.

Note: Mosets has not used or tested the mosLock component. All support and questions should be directed to Phil or at our designated forum.
