We have added a new feature to your Mosets account called Auto-Renew. This is available as an option to set up automatic payment when your subscription is up for renewal.

To recap, when you purchase or renew a Mosets Tree subscription, you're purchasing a 12-months subscription for the following services: - Priority support on Mosets Private Support Form.

• Access to download the latest version of the purchased product including bug fixes and new features.
• Access Key to register your website for Automatic Updates through Joomla Update System.

When your subscription expires, you cease to have access to the benefits above. Before today, we relied on our reminder e-mails to remind our subscribers of their upcoming expiry. With Auto-Renew, your subscription will be renewed automatically once it is up for renewal. You can be assured that you will receive timely support and not miss an update through the newly introduced support for Joomla Update System.

Using Auto-Renew

If you're a Mosets Tree subscriber, you can turn on Auto-Renew by toggling On the Auto-Renew button in your Mosets account. You'll be prompted to Add a Payment card if this is the first time you toggle Auto-Renew. If you're purchasing a new subscription, Auto-Renew will be enabled by default. You can turn off Auto-Renew anytime by toggling it Off.

Manual Renewal

Manual renewal is still available to all subscribers. If do not want to or can't use Auto-Renew, we will still send you e-mail to remind you as your subscription nears its expiry date, and you can choose to renew your subscription manually at your convenience. 40% off renewal until 3rd of May 2017
