Mosets Tree 3.10 released!
Today, we're excited to release Mosets Tree 3.10. We have been working on a lot of under the hood improvements and features in the past few releases.
In this 3.10 release, we're focused on developing a brand new Mosets Tree template called 'Banyan'. The new default Mosets Tree template comes with 6 new Index styles and 9 new listing summary styles. There's a lot to see and explore in this release, so let's dive in!
6 New Index Styles
The new Banyan template comes with 6 new Index styles. Index views are typically the first thing your users will see when they first come to your directory, so we want to provide you with various styles to choose from to best showcase your directory structure.
If you have just a few categories, you can use Style 2, 3 or 6 that prominently showcase your categories with large image. If you plenty of sub-categories that you want to show in the Index view, you can use Style 4, 5 and 7.
Search Bar & Browse By Tags in Index page
Search bar is now available by default on top of every Index page. It supports auto-complete which means they can quickly look for what they want and go to the listing directly.
New in Mosets Tree 3.10 is the ability show list of tags from one or more taggable fields in Index page. For example, if you run a movie review websites and you might be categorising your movies by genres. So with this new feature, your user can browse by genres (your categories) and by any other taggable fields you choose to show. In this example, it might be list of Directors, Actors, Year Released and so on.

9 New Listing Summary Styles
We have always had one single summary view style that is used across different type of directories. Banyan now comes with 9 new listing summary styles that caters for any type of listings. We are introducing 2 new template parameters called "Focus Fields" and "Main Attribute Fields", which allows you to call to attention to some of the important information about your listings.
And there's more!
- If you have more than one image in your listing, you can now browse all the images within the listing in summary view!
- New image slider when showing 2 or more images.
- PHP 7.2 compatible.
- New sharing option through Whatsapp.
